As a transfer student, Shota’s former classmate Shion Hoshino appears before him. She is a beautiful girl with aspirations to become a TV personality who was indifferent when she encountered a bullying incident. Shota gives her a “condition” in exchange for her calculating attitude: if she connects with Numbers, she will be able to open the way to becoming a TV personality. Shota gives her a “condition” in exchange: she must go to the rooftop where Shota was bullied while Shion was watching!　Meanwhile, Reito and his friends are on their way to the Third Hospital of the Central District of Keimon City, where a number of virus researchers are suspected to have disappeared in the past.
